Unitil now offers you the convenience of walk-in utility bill payment service through Western Union store locations. If you prefer paying your bills in person, Unitil has now expanded the number of locations to pay your bill and Unitil pays all the excess processing fees...making it FREE for you.

When you wish to make a payment, simply bring your monthly Unitil billing statement and your payment in cash or check to one of these locations and allow 1 to 3 business days for the payment to be posted to your account. The store's representative will process your payment, transmit it to Unitil's processing system and will provide you with a receipt validating your payment.
