| Energy Efficiency Programs

Unitil has long recognized the value energy efficiency brings to both
the economy and the environment. We believe that energy efficiency is of strategic importance
to our customers, to our state and to the nation in reducing energy costs, increasing economic
productivity and efficiency, addressing energy security and protecting our environment.
Unitil, in coordination with other NH electric utilities, is pleased
to offer three business energy efficiency programs designed to address
specific target markets and/or efficient technologies for our commercial, industrial and
institutional customers.

Small Business Energy Efficiency Services is designed specifically for our
smaller business customers (less than 100 kW). We offer technical and financial assistance
to help you find ways to become more energy efficient - and save money.

Large Business Energy Efficiency Services are for our large business customers
with average monthly demands greater than 100 kW.

Large Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Retrofit Program: Unitil's
Large C&I Retrofit Program provides financial and technical services to facilitate the
replacement of old, inefficient equipment with new energy efficient equipment in existing
facilities.

Large C&I New Construction Program: Unitil's
Large C&I New Construction Program offers financial and technical services to commercial,
industrial and institutional customers building a new facility, undergoing a major renovation,
or replacing failed (end-of-life) equipment.
