Under Market-Based Wholesale Power Tariffs for Unitil subsidiaries, the FERC requires public disclosure of Information Sharing between Unitil's affiliated subsidiary companies.

Pursuant to filings in FERC Docket No. ER97-2462-000, any discounted transmission service provided by Unitil to affiliates and others are to be immediately posted on the Unitil Corporation web site.

As of April 30, 2008 no discounted transmission services have been provided to affiliates or others.
