The Supplier shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary authorization from each Customer prior to initiating Supplier Service to the Customer. Such authorization shall be in accordance with regulations established by the MDTE.

The Supplier must provide the Company with the following minimum information:

• The Customer’s name;
• The Customer’s account number;
• The Customer’s meter number.
