Our promise to you is complete satisfaction with every service and every employee. It's a commitment we've always made, but now it's as good as gold. Because if we ever fail to meet your expectations on any of the following services, we'll make it up to you by compensating you on your bill.

• We will connect your service on the mutually agreed-upon date. If we do not, you will receive a $50 credit on your next bill.
• We will keep the appointments we make with you. If we do not, you will receive a $50 credit on your next bill.
• We will notify you of any non-emergency related planned electrical or gas outage. If we do not, you will receive a $50 credit on your next bill.

In the event Unitil or its employees do not perform satisfactorily, compensation will be issued in the form of a billing credit. If circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, storms, work stoppages, any emergency situations) prevent us from fulfilling a promise, compensation will not be given. The compensation specified is the sole liability assumed by Unitil not otherwise provided by law.
