"My Unitil" is an online express customer service feature provided by Unitil at no charge to you. Simply fill out the information below and click "Login". Once your account information has been verified, you will have full access to your payments/billing and energy usage histories.

STEP 1: Please enter your 14 digit Unitil account number (or your 10 digit Northern Utilities account number) If you are a new Unitil customer from Northern Utilities, and our system cannot verify your Northern account number, please try preceding the number with a zero and omit the last number. For example if your account number is 799-824-005-3 enter as 0799824005.
